Business Dashboard

The Mitel Business Dashboard is a real-time monitoring tool that works with the 5000 CP to monitor call activity and collect trend data. Specifically, Business Dashboard provides real-time and historical reports on call costing, trunk usage, traffic patterns, extension-based work groups and traffic levels, and peaks and frequencies for teams or departments. Unified Communicator Express

Mitel Unified Communicator (UC) Express is a desktop assistant that runs directly from a PC without the need for an applications server. It seamlessly combines telephony with Microsoft Outlook and Windows search functionality, providing users with a range of intelligent call-handling facilities and productivity enhancements. Since it does not require a server, UC Express is available at no additional chart when a Mitel 5000 system is purchased. It can be deployed both as a desk phone companion and as a softphone, so users who require both capabilities can move seamlessly between environments.

From a Microsoft Windows taskbar on their PC desktop, UC Express users can manage and access productivity tools that enhance responsiveness to customers, suppliers and partners. Features such as Click-to-Dial, Caller ID Pop-Up, Single-Click Conference/Transfer, and Online Call History can be launched with the touch of a button. This simplifies routine communications, especially for users who depend highly on the phone to do their jobs.

UC Express Softphone is a purchasable option in addition to UC Express, which provides a basic softphone capability and similar functionality to UC Express but is aimed at mobile or remote workers, enabling them to become more accessible to customers, management and their co-workers regardless of location.
